Patient Arrival Login (PAL)

Our PAL touchscreen system allow patients to sign themselves in on arrival and informs them of which waiting area to go to (where applicable). It's simple to use and helps to avoid queueing at the reception desk. In conjunction with the Traffic system it also tracks the patient throughout their visit so that efficiency can be reviewed. Click here for more details...


Text Messaging (SMS)

Sending a text message to a patient to remind them of an appointment reduces FTAs substantially - saving lost chair time. It also improves the service to your patients. eSign

Using a tablet device to display forms and capture customer signatures removes the need to store hard copies and makes retrieval simple. Signed documents are attached to the patient record and viewable from the patient notes. Click here for more details...


ePatient

The same tablet may also be used to register as a new patient - capturing personal information, medical history and signature - rather than it having to be manually inserted at reception. It can also be used to re-verify or update existing data. Click here for more details...
