The WYSdom maintenance contract includes:
 

  • dedicated support staff during normal office hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • a nationwide engineering service for on-site callouts when required
  • a full replacement service for your equipment during the normal hardware life-cycle
  • updates for NHS transmission compliance
  • NHS Claims updates
  • regular software updates and fixes
  • updates for new and improved functions
  • 'cloud' backup for ICONic files
  • anti-virus software
  • 4 two hour training Webinar/Cloud-based sessions per year for refresher training and getting new staff up to speed

The typical cost for our Maintenance Service is more than competitive compared to separate software support and a third-party hardware contracts - it is charged annually.

As we supply the whole system, you have just one point of contact for all your questions and queries, or to report a hardware failure.

With an ICONic system you never need to hear those words again, "actually, it's not our software - I think it's a hardware fault, you'll have to phone them....." - and vice-versa.

In simple terms, we take full responsibility for your complete system; the buck really does stop here!
